My goal is to create a bakery franchise all around the world. Starting in 2020, I will be opening my first bakery in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The blog will show how I test my goods, what I am doing once I have started and how it all finishes. You will not only see my success but also my failures; this is my real journey. So let's begin! I hope to see you all along the way.
My goal is to build a strong community inside my franchise. Where once I am going strong I can help my employees succeed in their dreams. I want to be able to have my employees do what they want whether that is making new recipes, only making wedding cakes, or even moving on and starting their own business. Hopefully they can find their dream in the company.
